1. The diamond rope coring drill bit must be "clean, stable and ground" during use. "Clean" means that the hole is clean, the drill tool is well graded and the equipment is fault-free; "stable" means stable operation, stable drill tool radial, stable rock carving, stable rotation, stable drilling speed and stable pump pressure; "grinding" means that the drill bit is well ground, the self-grinding blade is good, and the normal drilling and grinding of the rock is good.
2. Pay great attention to the initial grinding of the drill bit. During normal drilling, the top should be properly raised before the drill is closed after the rod is reversed (the distance of the top must take into account the hole depth, the elongation value of the drill rod and the free movement distance of the retaining spring, so that the drill bit can be closed under extremely low pressure, and the core cannot be broken or stuck). The closing must be slow, especially for drill bits whose bottom lip of the drill bit contacts the rock point (such as gears, saw teeth, etc.). This operation is particularly important.
3. Strictly abide by the operating regulations of "three must-lifts and five no-sweeps". According to the pump pressure, load, etc., correctly judge the characteristics of the rock formation and the situation in the hole, correctly distinguish the manifestations of core blockage and drill bit carcass wear, promptly discover the phenomenon of broken drill, promptly judge the changes in the hardness of the rock formation and adjust the parameters to prevent core blockage, drill burning, and single-tube drilling. Do a good job in the relevant process supporting work of vibration reduction, cooling, lubrication, and sand removal.
4. Correctly and timely summarize the adaptability of drilling parameters and rock formations. Observe the wear state of the drill bit when lifting the drill and judge the rationality of the parameters.
