Problems and solutions in the use of hydraulic oscillators for drilling tools
If the tool works abnormally, the following factors should be considered:
1) Whether the specific gravity and displacement of drilling fluid are consistent with the setting tool;
2) The position of the tool in the drilling tool: adjust the position of the tool in the downhole drilling tool, or introduce a second set of tools;
3) Actual temperature and drilling fluid properties:
4) Working time (recommended tool maximum cycle time 200h);
5) Whether there is a plugging agent: Larger solid particles in the drilling fluid can block the tool.
